No. Full registration fees are due at the time of registration. You may cancel for free up to 90 days before the start of the Congress.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Up to 90 days before program starts: full refund
Up to 60 days before the start of the progress: 50% refund
30 days or less before the start of the progress: no refund
If you have exceptional circumstances for canceling, please get in touch, and we will do our best to assist you.
Registration fee gives you full access to the entire Congress program, Congress materials, daily lunch and coffee breaks.
Accommodation, gala dinners and facultative excursions are not included and can be paid separately at the checkout.
Submission is open to qualified plastic surgeons.
ENT and Maxillofacial surgeons are eligible to submit their abstracts for the face region.
Dermatologists may submit their abstracts on the topic of Nonsurgical Rejuvenation.
Early career plastic surgeons (residents) may also submit abstracts in a special category: Residents’ Plastic Surgery Session (to be held on Sunday morning, September 22, 2024).
Nurses may submit their abstracts in a special category: Nurses Session (to be held on Sunday morning, September 22, 2024).
